Though we welcome referrals, you do not need to be referred to book an appointment at Aria Periodontics & Implant Group.
If your xrays are current, you may arrange with your general dentist to have your xrays forwarded to Aria Periodontics & Implant Group. However, if your xrays are not current, we will likely require a new set of xrays to be taken.

Aria Periodontics & Implant Group treatment fees are based on the recommended Fee Guide for Specialists in Periodontics. Payment of treatment is due and payable at the time of your appointment. Aria Periodontics & Implant Group can help you submit a claim to your dental insurance company. However, depending on your plan, your fee may not be completely covered by your insurance and any charges not covered by your dental plan are ultimately your responsibility.
